Quality of Images
All images on steven-white.co.uk are a low resolution digital pictures and watermarked with steven-white.co.uk website URL.
Low Resolution images can be purchased via steven-white.co.uk website and are for use on Social media websites such as Facebook. They will be emailed across with a small website logo / URL that is in the bottom right hand corner.
Where required, high resolution digital can be purchased via steven-white.co.uk website and are for your own use, e.g printing and will come with a usage agreement. There images are for your own use and cannot be used in media publications.
Image Usage
When using photographs taken by steven-white.co.uk
You Must:
- Always include an attribution of steven-white.co.uk ownership of the property on your advertising, website, or other product communication. For example: Photography by www.steven-white.co.uk.
You May NOT:
- Alter, modify, adapt (other than re-sizing), crop, retouch, animate or embellish the steven-white.co.uk Images in any way, including but not limited to changing any names, logos or other designs included therein.
- Make or manufacture merchandise any items, such as t-shirts and mugs, bearing steven-white.co.uk Images.
Display, sell or give away items - Use the steven-white.co.uk Images to create obscene or defamatory images.
- Remove or crop out the copyright or trademark notice from steven-white.co.uk Images.
- Insert your own copyright or trademark notice on steven-white.co.uk Images, or otherwise imply that the steven-white.co.uk Images or steven-white.co.uk products are your images.
- Use the steven-white.co.uk Images on your website without appropriate attribution of steven-white.co.uk ownership.
- Use or authorize the use of, sell, share, or give away, any steven-white.co.uk Images to any third parties.
Your use of the steven-white.co.uk Images means you will not interfere with steven-white.co.uk rights, including challenging steven-white.co.uk use and that you will not harm or misuse any item, whether for sale or not, except as expressly permitted by this agreement.
Except for the limited rights expressly permitted under this agreement, no other rights of any kind are granted hereunder, by implication or otherwise.
Any use of steven-white.co.uk property in breach of the foregoing provisions shall result in the automatic termination for cause of this agreement and all your rights hereunder, without notice to you.
Copyright
In all cases without exception copyright of photographs remain with the photographer Steven White, you may reprint any purchased digital images within the terms of your order and certificate from steven-white.co.uk granting reprint permissions. No images can be sold or published with any magazine, newspaper or website without prior written consent from steven-white.co.uk
Payment
Payment for all items online is preferred by PayPal where possible, other payment methods include cheque, postal orders and BACS (online banking). No orders will be dispatched until payment has cleared in full.
Postage
Postage is included in with purchase price on items unless specified within the item description.
Delivery
Delivery of products from steven-white.co.uk is to UK addresses only. All items are processed within 48 hours; prints and framed products are dispatched within 10 days of processing. High resolution digital files are dispatched (usually via email) within 24 hours of processing.
Returns
If you are unhappy with any purchase from steven-white.co.uk please contact us and we will take appropriate action to resolve all issues
Children (under the age of 18)
No image of any child will be taken by/used by steven-white.co.uk (Steven White) without prior consent of a parent or legal guardian.
